The association Digital Humanities in the Nordic Countries has been founded in 2015. Its aim is to further and strengthen digital humanities research, education, and communication in the Nordic countries. DHN wants to provide a platform for collaboration within the Nordic countries and make the Nordic Digital Humanities more visible internationally. DHN favors a broad, inclusive definition of Digital Humanities. Digital Humanities in the Nordic Countries calls for papers for its 1st Nordic Conference and Constitutive Meeting . The conference is organized by the Oslo Digital Humanities Research Network in collaboration with the Norwegian National Library and the Digital Humanities Center at Gothenburg University and will be held at the Norwegian National Library and The University of Oslo, March 15–17, 2016 in Oslo, Norway.

The Alliance of Digital Humanities Organizations (ADHO) seeks a webmaster whose primary responsibility will be maintaining and developing ADHO's content management systems.

The Alliance of Digital Humanities Organizations (ADHO) has announced the formation of the Special Interest Group Libraries and Digital Humanities.

This funding promotes international mobility between COST Countries participating in this Action, particularly for Early Stage Researchers. A total of €24,000 is available to fund up to 16 STSMs, to a maximum of €2500.

The European Science Foundation Network for Digital Methods in the Arts and Humanities (NeDiMAH) has recently launched the NeDiMAH Methods Ontology (NeMO).

The CLARIN ERIC General Assembly has unanimously supported the proposal by the CLARIN ERIC Board of Directors to appoint 4 new members and to prolong the term of the 4 sitting members for a period of 3 years, starting on July 1st 2015.
